- Read the important notice and undertaking carefully.
- Fill the complete application form by providing the necessary details.
- Send the appointment fee on any of the given payment methods on the website.
- Attach a screenshot of the payment before submitting the form.
- Please read and accept the terms and conditions by selecting the checkbox. Submit the application form by clicking the submit button.
- Once you have paid the fee and submitted the form, you will receive your GAMCA medical slip within one hour.
